The Gay or Straight Game

I was trying something out that I made up on the fly last night in the middle of a conversation with a girl and it worked really well so I thought I'd share it with you all.

If you're in a set and the girl you're talking to seems a bit disinterested, unresponsive, AKA only giving one sentence answers (like two of the sets I was in last night) try this and see what happens:

[Me]Hey lets play a game. You'll like this because I find girls are better at this game than most men its called Gay or Straight. We each take turns looking around the bar and point out a guy and we have to decide whether we think hes Gay or Straight.

[Her]Ok

[Me]You go first

[Her]............[long] I can't see any guys who look gay *if she happens to point out a guy (which she probably won't because girls tend to be indecisive creatures) skip to the "I think I'll go ask him" part*

[Me]What about that guy there [points]

[Her]No he definitely isn't gay.

[Me]I know that was just me testing you. What about that guy at the end of the bar [points]

[Her]Hmm I don't know he might be.

[Me]I think I'll go ask him, if he says anything I'll just say you really like him and were curious

[Her]NO! don't tell him that

Now just go over to the guy, tap him on the shoulder and just say something along the lines of "Hi buddy this girl I'm out with was wondering if you were gay because she thinks you're cute/hot/whatever and she'd be really disappointed if you were" let him answer and you can either walk back to her straight away or chat with him about anything for a minute or two
(Note: In this time your chatting to the guy she'll be wondering what your talking to him about, try and get him to laugh as well because this will make her even more curious). Now walk back over and disregard whatever he said and say:

[Me]Yeah he's straight. I told him you'd finish your drink and go over there in about 5 minutes.

[Her] Oh My God You didn't really say that did you?

[Me]Who knows what I said to him.
OR
[Me]Of course, why arn't you going over?

Then I just moved/changed the subject onto something else and I can't put into words how much her demeanor towards me had changed from before we were playing the gay or straight game.


Notes: One of the times I tried this the girl grabbed my hand and tried to hold me back from going over to the guy, that would be an excellent opportunity to get in some Kino (playful touching) to get her even more warmed up to you. I can also only really see this working at night but I suppose it may work in the day in a cafe/coffee shop, its something I'll have to try.
